🛠️Order Item Actions
The Order Item Actions Block allows you to add multiple actions to individual order items within a customer’s account. This block helps customers quickly interact with their past orders, such as reordering items or contacting support.

How to Configure the Order Item Actions Block
Navigate to the Order Item Actions page
From the Order Item Actions page, Click the Add New card to start creating a order item action

Add Base Settings
In the block creation screen:
Name: Enter a name to identify the block in Hubble. (This is internal and won’t be visible to customers.)

Add Customer Target
Select an existing target or create a new one to define who will see the banner.

Customize the Order Item Action Content
You must provide at least the Label and Link to create an announcement banner

Save
Click the Save button to save your new announcement banner

Use Cases for Order Item Actions
Reorder Action: Direct VIP customers to quickly reorder items from their order history.
Exclusive Support Link: Provide a dedicated support link for specific customer groups.
Special Offers: Include a link to a unique promotion or discount page.
